Every model released is inspired by the evolution of watchmaking technology and with each advancement in our model line-up, we try to embody new styles and to create bespoke editions that cater to specific tastes.

D1 Edition, D2 Edition, D3 Edition
Overdrive’s perennial consumer ranges were launched under the D1, D2 and D3 labels, each designed for different tastes. These collections continue to evolve with new model evolutions released as the collection matures. Today, they take on the form of the Velocity D1, Challenge D2 and Carrera D3 editions.
MECCA EDITION
The first foray into establishing the Damascus Carbon Fiber pattern and production technique that would permeate the Overdrive lineup, Overdrive’s Mecca Edition was a trendsetter in the Arab markets where they were distributed. The limited production run was sold out in record time and it continues to receive numerous special enquires from passionate collectors.
Alreem Edition
The premier Overdrive collection for the discerning woman, this understated collection is built on three core colors – white, black, and gold – and features a scintillating array of jewels on the dial and the case. A shimmering satin strap envelops the watch in sheer luxury to complete the experience.
Mecca Ladies edition
Inset with diamonds to mark the hours and more jewels around the bezel and crown, this decidedly feminine watch was designed for simple elegance and it delivered.
HAL AL AEZ, HAL AL SAMLA, HAL AL MAJD
This collection was commissioned as a tribute to the Amir of the State of Qatar, featuring special messages inscribed on the dials outlining hopes for good fortune, perseverance and distinction. The collection included 3 variants in chrome, maroon and black Damascus carbon fiber finishes and contrasting straps.
SAUDI EDITION
The success of the Mecca Edition and a commitment to keeping it in a short production run, resulted in the launch of the Saudi Edition which was adopted fast by the country’s eager customers. Featuring two bezels, one in a smooth finish and one in Damascus carbon fiber, the watch was equipped with a world-class Swiss movement and a prominent crown design that emerged from the experiences gained from previous models.
JHK Edition
A special commission to felicitate the efforts of the leading advocate for sports and development through sport in the State of Qatar, the eponymous watch was framed in Damascus carbon fiber and a high-durability strap.
Al Adaam Edition
Commissioned to allow people to express their nationalism and support for Qatar, this special edition featured a bespoke dial with specially designed hour and minute hands, a shimmering bezel, and a dominant maroon trim.
Kaaba Edition
With the Kaaba at the center and radiating rays of light, this simple dial is ensconced in a matte gold trim and features the now-ubiquitous Overdrive Damascus carbon trim.
ZAYED EDITION
One of many special commissions created for purpose by Overdrive, the Zayed edition celebrates the memories and leadership of the United Arab Emirates’ founding father who blazed a path for the country to follow. Featuring the four core colors of the Emirati flag and a custom calligraphic inscription on the dial, the offering was out of stock soon after being offered in the UAE.
ZAYED EDITION FOR WOMEN
One year after the Zayed edition was launched for men, a women’s edition was custom released, featuring a bezel rendered with diamonds, gold accents, a new women’s watch crown and a completely stylized black and gold finish. Satin straps complete the look, shimmering in perfect harmony with the waves of the Damascus carbon fiber bezel.
Saudi Vision 2030
Inset with the national emblem and a stylized representation of the terrain, this special edition was commissioned to mark the government’s drive towards achieving its sustainability objectives by the year 2030.
BAB AL KAABA EDITION
With the curtains to the Kaaba in bas relief revealing the gold doors, this masterpiece features numerous intricate details embossed onto the dial, which is inset into a Damascus carbon fiber bezel and completed by a sleek black strap with gold and silver stitching.
AYAT AL KURSI EDITION
A rare collector’s edition, inscribed with an elaborate and intricate calligraphic verse on the dial, it features silver, gold and black in harmony. The inscription of a verse of great significance gives this model great personal value to users.
Mecca 2 Silver
The second variant of the wildly successful Mecca collection was launched to meet unrelenting demand and was framed in a predominantly silver dial trim to stand out from the original Mecca watch. Featuring Arabic numerals and Damascus carbon, the watch was released in a very limited quantity.
Mecca Titanium Edition
An evolution of the successful limited edition model which features an all-new titanium finished bezel with intricate calligraphy and a bold new crown encircling the classic Mecca dial.
Grand Turbo (GT) Edition
Featuring a sporty dial with luminous hands and an independent second counter, the watch features treaded straps, contrasting colors and a matte bezel.
Color of Life
Designed by the young at heart and destined for the liveliest of atmospheres, this range offered a wide spectrum of bold color combinations for those with the ability to stand out in any setting.
Graffiti Edition
A completely bespoke lineup of watches, it allowed users to design their own dials and build a watch that is truly unique, with each version featuring amazing designs and dial finishes chosen by the users.
Al RAYYAN EDITION
A fan memento for this illustrious football club, this dual-finish model was produced in two variants and offered to club patrons in an exclusive numbered range, with each watch having its own identifier.
